Monthly meetings are held at the Hoffman Heights Library, Basement Community Room, 1298 Peoria St, Aurora, CO 80011. Meetings are the 4th Tuesday of the month (Jan - May, Sept. & Oct. at 1:00 PM; the Tuesday following Thanksgiving in November at 1:00 PM). No meetings are held in June, July, August, and December. The library is open with individual precautions taken by AGS members regarding COVID-19. As of 1 April 2022, AGS has resumed in-person presentations along with Zoom capabilities. This hybrid capability will continue for the foreseeable future.

The society general meetings are on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:00am. Currently, the general meetings are held via Zoom. The weekly SHARE program meets at the Douglas County Library, Castle Rock location, every Monday at 10:00am. This SHARE program is open to all and is a hybrid program. There is members-only DNA SIG and a members-only Technology SIG. The members-only Education programs are held the 1st Thursday of the month at 10:00am via Zoom.

Quarterly meetings are generally held on the first Saturday of February, May, August, and November. Most meetings have been via Zoom, but in-person meetings are held when feasible. Some meeting dates may be adjusted to meet in facilities that are not available on Saturdays.
CGS Program Meeting - 3rd Saturday of most months. The business meeting and program start at 10 AM. Join us at 9:30 AM for socializing. Our program meetings will be in person and/or Zoom (Hybrid) at the Lone Tree Library, 10055 Library Way, Lone Tree, CO 80124, unless otherwise noted. The October and November program meetings will be Hybrid.

PGS meets monthly on the 2nd Saturday of every month, except in June and December when the meetings are on the 1st Saturday. Meetings are scheduled from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM at the Parker Library as well as on ZOOM. The library is located at 20105 E. Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138. Directions to the library: South on Parker Road to Mainstreet; turn left (east); library is on the left (north) side of Mainstreet at the corner of Pine Lane. Check with the front desk for the meeting room.
Meeting Information: Monthly meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. Social time begins at 6:30 pm and the formal meeting at 7:00 pm. All meeting times are Mountain Time. All meetings are currently held via Zoom.
